Warehouse receipt (WR-…) | The document issued to the supplier for a lot: what, how much, what quality, where, from whom |
| Intake | Weighing, testing and minting a lot when a crop arrives |
| Conversion | Processing one lot into a product; burns the input and mints the output |
| Yield | Output weight over input weight in a conversion, checked against a registered range |
| Provenance | The chain from a product back through its inputs to the farm |
| Release | Goods leaving a warehouse: requested (tokens locked), then confirmed (tokens burned) or cancelled |
| Available | What is in the warehouse less what pending releases claim; what may still be sold |
Consignment (CSG-…) | Goods announced as on their way to a warehouse |
Gate pass (GP-…) | A code sent to the driver, confirmed at the gate on arrival |
Trip (TRP-…) | A vehicle carrying a lot to another warehouse or an order to a buyer |
